They depend on the product category, ingredients, formulation, packaging specifications and manufacturing conditions. After consultation, we outline production quantities and quotation terms suited to your project.
Can I request containers and packaging only?＋
We can help source formulation development services and related components where available.
Can I prepare the packaging design myself?＋
Yes. We can work with your own design. If you need help, design support can be discussed separately.
Who handles the contract and communication with manufacturers?＋
You can work with O:BIJOU instead of coordinating separately with multiple suppliers.
You contract and pay directly with O:BIJOU. We manage our own work and partner processes, and communicate with manufacturers and suppliers. The detailed scope and commercial terms are agreed in the contract.
What happens if there are defects or delivery delays?＋
Let O:BIJOU know. We will review the issue and work with the relevant manufacturers and partners on a resolution. The response and timing depend on the situation and contract terms.
